Hi Book, il nuovo formato editoriale per piccoli lettori targato Giacovelli Editore, nasce dall’esigenza di portare più libri e meno tablet nella quotidianità dei nostri bambini. Se da un lato i tablet possono apparire più stimolanti grazie alla possibilità di accedere a suoni e contenuti multimediali, leggere un caro vecchio libro cartaceo sembra essere ancora la soluzione migliore per i più piccoli.

L’Hi Book “Amici per le penne” non è però soltanto la storia di Petti, del suo primo giorno in una scuola nuova con tanti nuovi e diversi compagni; è la storia di una famiglia, come tante altre, che nella sua semplicità affronta paure, dubbi e insegnamenti. Il piccolo Petti e i suoi amici si interrogheranno sulla molteplicità dei significati che ci sono nell’essere gentili e i nostri bambini potranno entrare in empatia con loro ed essere stimolati su più tematiche. Alla fine di questa storia si potranno svolgere attività capaci di stuzzicare la creatività.

Learning kindness

Hi Book, the new editorial format for young readers by Giacovelli Editore, is born from the need to bring more books and fewer iPads into our children’s daily lives. iPads may appear more stimulating due to sounds and multimedia content, but reading a good old paper book still seems to be the best solution to entertain little ones.

“Feathered Friends Forever” is not just the story of Petti and of his first day in a new school with many new and different classmates. It is the story of a family, like many others, that faces fears, doubts and teachings. Little Petti and his friends will question themselves on the how to be kind and children will be able to empathize with them and be stimulated on multiple issues. After reading the story they will be able to carry out activities capable of stimulating creativity.
